David Keys is an Independent Financial and Operations Consultant with experience overseeing real estate development, ranching and farming operations, and a diverse investment portfolio of startups and early-stage companies.
He began his career at Deloitte in Las Vegas and New York before serving as EVP, CFO, and Corporate Secretary of American Pacific Corporation (NASDAQ: APFC). He is currently Chairman of the Audit Committees for SurgPays Inc. (NASDAQ: SURG) and ARC Point Inc. (TSXV: ARC) and has served on the boards of multiple public and private companies, including AmFed Financial, RSY International, American Pacific Corporation, Norwest Bank of Nevada, Wells Fargo Bank of Nevada, and FM Global.
David holds credentials as a CPA, CVA, CMA, CFF, CGMA, CITP, and CFM. A former member of the American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Neutrals, he has arbitrated numerous contract and valuation disputes. He earned a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
